LRFPC’s Charge
- Serve in an advisory capacity to the School Board and Administration on a temporary basis regarding the topic of facility planning and capital needs.
- Keep students at the center of all recommendations.
- Maximize the district’s fiscal resources.

This committee was made up of community members and staff who met six times from October 2022 to January 2023 before making a recommendation that the School Board call a May 6 bond election. After voters rejected that proposal, the group met four additional times in June, July and August to study voter survey results, community feedback and options for recommending a revised bond proposal for November 2023.
